6. Demo, Simulated and Evaluation Accounts
Demo, simulated, practice, or evaluation balances are virtual unless expressly stated otherwise. Virtual balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted into money. Simulated results do not guarantee live trading results
7. Live Accounts
Live account availability and features may depend on account status, verification, jurisdiction, compliance, and risk controls. Balances, equity, margin, profit and loss, and transaction history are calculated according to platform records and applicable trading logic
8. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to verification, supported payment methods, limits, fees, compliance checks, and processing times. Transactions may be delayed or rejected for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or verification purposes
9. Fees, Spreads and Charges
You are responsible for applicable spreads, commissions, financing charges, payment processing costs, and other disclosed fees. Charges may be updated from time to time
10. Margin and Risk Controls
Accounts may be subject to margin requirements, leverage limits, position limits, stop-out rules, exposure limits, and other risk controls. Positions may be restricted or closed when applicable thresholds are reached

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, data-feed interruptions, software defects, cyber incidents, or events outside our reasonable control may affect access or execution

Prices, charts, market data, analytics, news, and educational content are provided for informational and operational purposes. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable and does not constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
14. Intellectual Property
The platform, branding, software, interface, designs, text, graphics, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where law permits

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, an account presents security or compliance risk, fraud or abuse is suspected, or restriction is required by law or risk controls
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVEX FX Ltd and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded
17. No Guarantee of Results
Past performance, simulated performance, historical results, examples, or statistics do not guarantee future performance. No representation is made that any user will achieve profits or avoid losses
18. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements and may be processed to provide Services, secure accounts, satisfy compliance requirements, and prevent fraud
